The training phase in this game leaves out one piece of critical information that is absolutely vital to gameplay mechanics and that is that you can use plasma to pickup other plasma. Why is this important? because the very first mission after the training phase requires this and only this understanding to earn the required number of stars to complete. This mechanic is required by many other missions in the game to complete or gain achievements and until you figure it out you will not progress past the first level or beyond the first galaxy. Furthermore, once you figure this mechanic out which can take quite a bit of time and frustration you progress further into the game and realize just how difficult the progression curve is. The difficulty of this game just saps the fun right out of it. The developers should have done some more testing before releasing this game as everything including the stunning graphics is overshadowed by the intense difficulty of the game. Save your money and your time and instead try a game called "Osmos" which is very similar to this game in its play style and objectives yet is much more fun.
"Supports Game Centre." Nope, it requires Game Centre. This could be a fun game, but I went through a lot of trouble to disable Game Centre. No way Im turning it back on just for this app.
The game is payed, but it includes only a few levels. Other ones are available via in-app purchase. Weird. The results do not sync with iCloud. All in all, the game is quite interesting and good-looking.
This game is so addictive! I cant put it down for more than 20 minutes without the urge to play that next level. If youre a fan of other iOS physics based puzzlers you owe it to yourself to try this one out!
But whats up with tutorial 1-4 I dont use fuel and cant get out of orbit to get to the sun....
